3) Communications and DND Authorisation

4) Courseware Access

Courseware content is subject to updates, and any major updates may require additional fees. Access is limited to the validity period as per your subscription plan.

5) License and Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial, and revocable license to use our Services solely for your personal use. All content — including text, images, software, videos, and assessments — is the intellectual property of NELTAS Education Private Limited and/or its licensors. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.

6) Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Subscription validity is as per your plan, and no refunds will be provided. Eligible refunds, if any, will be processed within 14 (fourteen) business days of an approved request.
