- The online study or learning material must not be used. Refunds for physical books will only be processed in case of damaged items or printing defects, and the issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery along with clear supporting images.
- Refund eligibility applies only to specific course subscriptions or learning packages as outlined at the time of purchase.
Please note: Refunds will not be provided for purchases that exceed these usage limits or for products marked as non-refundable during the purchase process.

- If approved, the refund will be processed via the original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
4) Disputes & Exceptions
- NELTAS reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the policy conditions.
- Consider exceptions in genuine hardship cases, at our sole discretion.

- Refunds apply only to payments made directly through the NELTAS website or authorised platforms.
- Any promotional or discounted purchases may have separate terms, which will be communicated during purchase.
