When it comes to skill development, the process-focused approach is more closely aligned. Following this approach, the process of NELTAS exams also sends a child on a journey of improvement where they enter a unique loop.

In the first- Assessment Level, students: -LEARN: Acquire the necessary knowledge & skills for the exam.

• • APPLY: Put their learnings into practice during the exam.
• • ASSESS: Get personalized reports to analyze their areas for improvement.
• • LEARN (again): Improve their skills based on the insights gained.
• • APPLY their skills once again in the final round.
